Fall Goals

8:00 AM

Breathe in. Let the crisp air of fall fill your lungs, and with it, the air of possibilities.

It's been some time since my last 'Goals' post. Granted, it has been quite some time since I last laid out goals for myself. If you've been following along, you know I've experienced a lot of changes in my life in the past few months in which I took some time off to focus on these new experiences. Now that I'm back, so are my goals.

So, without further ado, here are my goals for this fall.
1. Workout At Least Twice a Week

That's right. I fell of the wagon... HARD. Since starting my new job in June, I have not consistently worked out.  I want to ease myself back into the habit in order to have fitness fully incorporated with my everyday life once again.  Since I ended my gym membership last June to save some $$, I plan to take advantage of free workout apps such as NTC+ as well as a new TRX system for my apartment.

2. Build a Consistent Sleep Schedule

Though it may not seem logical, I believe Fall is a time for new beginnings.  It is conveniently also the time for Daylight Savings to gift us with one extra hour.  Life hack: use this to your advantage.  Though my body will stay on its current schedule, the time will be one hour behind.  Let's see how many times I actually make it to work on time.

3. Dive Deep into Deep Cleaning

I have a lot of sh*t, but my apartment is tiny.  Even small amounts of clutter can overwhelm my space.  As such, I am vowing to -finally- purge my apartment of all that is unnecessary. My first order of business? Finally taking my air conditioner out of my window.
